The Executive Department recommends and administers the city's annual budget, executes all city contracts and prepares analyses and reports as needed to help optimize city operations and clarify policy direction. The Department includes the office of the City Clerk and the Human Resources Division.
The City Administrator, under the Mayor's direction, oversees all city operations, implements policy direction established by the Mayor and City Council, and manages the daily operations of the city to ensure city services are effectively and efficiently provided.
